The place is wonderful, the staff is very friendly and kind, and always helpful. The breakfast is varied and delicious, and there is always coffee available. I highly recommend it.

Price, location and staff

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Havaist Bus stop, very close to Taksim Square yet not too noisy at night so we were able to sleep well. Also the hotel is not on a steep hill which is important as some roads are very steep in that area. The hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. The ladies who tidied the rooms everyday were lovely and every single night we came back to comfortable beds with clean bedding, towels and a fresh bathroom. The hot drinks machine in the breakfast room was brilliant!
